These minis were inspired by my cat, Phoebe, who I rescued at 13 and lovingly called my princess. Though our time together was short, she filled my days with small but unforgettable moments—sunshine naps, gentle hand-holding hugs, soft cuddles during Frozen 2. It’s the little things she left behind that meant the most, and these cookies are a sweet reflection of that.
