Local Pickup; Delivery available. I'm located in the NW side of Grand Rapids. I'm willing to drive for deliveries, but deliveries more than 50 miles outside of the Grand Rapids area may require a day or two notice to allow for delivery routes and timing to be established.

At the Angelic Oven Bakery, we provide full ingredient lists and allergen information on our cookie descriptions and product labels. It is the responsibility of the customer to review this information before purchase or consumption.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that The Angelic Oven Bakery IS NOT LIABLE for any allergic reactions, food sensitivities, or medical conditions that may result from consuming our baked goods. All ingredients are disclosed to the best of our knowledge, AND cross-contamination may occur as products are made in my home kitchen and not a licensed kitchen that processes common allergens including (but not limited to): dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.

FINAL BALANCE PAYMENTS AND PICKUPS
The balance is due ON pickup date, and before the Product leaves the premises.
If paying by cash, correct change is appreciated, as we may not have the exact change on the premises.
If paying by card reader, PayPal or by Venmo, the money needs to hit the account BEFORE the product leaves the premises upon arrival.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to check the state of the product before leaving the premises. Once the item has left the premises, the Customer is responsible to ensure that products gets to its destination safely and is stored as per our instructions to achieve best results for taste and quality.
Please don't share the owners personal address with anyone unless an order was placed with that party.
DELIVERY
We offer delivery for certain destinations. Delivery is charged at our discretion
Delivery will be carried out in a safe and appropriate manner. Once delivered to the customer and change of hands has been completed with the product in appropriate condition, it is then up to the customer to store and care for the cookies as per our instructions. If anything is to happen to the cookies after this exchange, we are not liable for any damages.
A delivery date and time will be agreed by both parties, and if the customer is not at location at this time and date, and we are not able to contact the customer, the product will be transported back with our premises and it will be the customer’s responsibility to collect the product.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Where we cancel the booking due to illness, weather or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered Product, the Customer will have the right to reorder the cookies with a 10% discount or the opportunity to reorder for a later date. If Customer chooses to pickup, a free cookie will be provided for their inconvenience.
At The Angelic Oven Bakery, we take pride in the quality of our cookies. Once your order is picked up or delivered, please note that we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We believe this helps maintain the integrity and freshness of our products.
